Cheeky submarine sign recalls Princess Anne visit
HMS Courageous

The crew of a submarine visited by royalty in the 1970s has revealed there is still a sign above the toilet they used stating: "Princess Anne sat here".
The Princess Royal visited HMS Courageous, one of the first generation of nuclear-powered submarines, on December 8, 1972.
Cheeky crewman revealed she used the submarine's onboard "facilities" during a nine-hour visit to Faslane, in Scotland.
They were so excited they had a small black plaque made, which reads "Princess Anne sat here", to commemorate the occasion.
It has been above the toilet for the last 40 years.
